  • I know firsthand that navigating the many demands of parenthood can be overwhelming. In my practice, I aim to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space to discuss your parenting journey, as well as strategies to help you align with other caregivers, improve communication, and foster a loving and supportive family environment.

  • Struggling with anxiety or depression can be isolating, but you don't have to face it alone. I'm here to provide you with a compassionate and understanding space where we can explore the underlying factors contributing to your anxiety and depression and gain new skills to help you better cope. My goal is to empower you with tools to manage your emotions, build resilience, and find renewed hope in life.

  • I work from a queer-affirming perspective, strengthening feelings of safety and authenticity while minimizing fear and shame. I aim to foster understanding and compassion, and to provide space to work through issues related to identity, self-worth, relationships, and systemic oppression. I also offer support to loved ones and family members of LGBTQIA+ individuals.

  • Climate change can evoke a sense of helplessness, grief, and worry. Whether you're experiencing eco-anxiety, climate grief, or climate-related PTSD, my hope is to help you find constructive ways to cope and take meaningful action. Together, we can navigate the emotions surrounding this global challenge and find strength in resilience and collective responsibility.

Also referred to as couples counseling, relationship therapy is an opportunity to deepen your connection and enhance communication. Together, we'll use open dialogue and concrete strategies to nurture healthier relationships and foster a deeper understanding among partners.

  • We all impact and are impacted by other members of our household and family. For adult children and their parents, they may face pain and hardship when faced with disconnection and past hurt. Family therapy offers a supportive space where each member's voice is heard and understood. Together, we'll explore relationship dynamics within the family, work towards repairing and understanding past harm, and foster more open communication, deepening a sense of connection among family members.

  • During adolescence, the teen brain undergoes remarkable transformations that significantly impact relationships and emotions. Navigating these changes can be overwhelming for many teens and their families. In teen therapy, I provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space for teenagers to express themselves freely, and come to better understand their developing brain. I work with teens to navigate issues such as self-esteem, identity formation, peer pressure, and academic stress, empowering them through this transformative stage of life.

  • For those who find comfort being in nature or who prefer to talk while moving, Walk and Talk Therapy can provide the benefits of traditional talk therapy along with the therapeutic power of nature and physical movement.This active approach promotes emotional, mental, and physical well-being while fostering a deeper connection with yourself and nature. Walk with me on Austin's scenic trails, finding space for personal growth, self-reflection, and a renewed sense of purpose.
